Complete the order form completely.

Type in the quantity of each item in the box provided. Different sizes of the same item must be entered on different lines. Only one item number and size are allowed on each line.

The drop down list will contain all of Common-Threads current products except for Custom Items and Cookie Dough. This list will also contain the available sizes for each item, if applicable. Select the appropriate product by clicking on it..

Use the second drop down list to request size. The size that you select must be a valid size listed for the item. All sizes are not available for each item.

No money will be collected over this site and NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SHOULD BE INCLUDED. A Common-Threads Fundraising representative will contact you by phone to collect this information.

If you require more than 10 lines to complete your order, please check the "partial order" box and submit your order. Revisit the page, complete the mandatory fields again and submit the additional items.
